Membership to The Woods Club
Membership to The Woods Club is obtained by purchasing a new home at The Woods or by purchasing a resale home where the seller possesses a transferable membership and by paying the one-time initiation fee and the pro-rated annual dues. Purchasers of homes where the seller does not have a membership cannot join The Woods Club and are not eligible to use the facilities, even as the guests of a member.
